I was on a business trip in Monreal last week, and chose this restaurant for lunch. I had had something small to eat and it was ok, but mostly I was impressed by my waiter, Alejandro. He was very attentive and obliging, also very kind and a delightful change to my otherwise stressed day. I felt very well there with such a nice service, so I decided I would be back for dinner also. I arrived a little bit later than I had planned to, due to a meeting going on longer than I expected. But to my surprise the nice waiter did keep my table for me. As we chatted a bit while my visit at lunch, he did remember that I was there on a business trip and therefore he kept my table as he assumed I was late because of that. I was very happy to hear that, as he did not only listen to me, but was being very considerate also. We again had a little chat whenever he had time, and he recommended me where to go when I have some spare time on my businessestrip, and I really got excited about it as he described everything with such an enthusiasm, I had no other choice but to visit them. I have to say, the food is ok, did not impress me, but the service offered here, is unique. I am very grateful for the help I got and I hope you get appreciated as you deserve to. I'm mostly out to eat because of my job, so I get pretty fancy sometimes. Yet, I rarely did have such a good service. Whenever I have to come back here or even nearby, I will for sure come to visit this restaurant hoping to get the same kind and caring waiter again!
